The first csa pick-up of the season!

1 head red-leaf lettuce

1 head green-leaf lettuce (I need a bigger salad spinner!)

1 bunch of kale (w/rstd chick tomorrow?)

1 bunch of white turnips (rstd with spring onion bottoms tonight!)

1 bunch radishes (salad/maybe pickle? who are you kidding– you don't have time to pickle anything this week!)

1 bunch spring onions (can't get enough...)

1 bunch of chives (with flowers!!)

2 heads bok choy (stir-fry!! don't forget pot-stickers!)

1 bag mixed baby greens
